Rumpus Tiki Bar takes the idea of “everlasting summer” and drops it into downtown Budapest, using strong design and cocktails to create a tropical interruption rather than a subtle nod. The room sounds intentionally over the top, which is usually a better outcome than a half-committed tiki concept.
