The Baldwin Bar remains one of greater Boston’s important cocktail addresses, operating out of the Sichuan Garden property in Woburn. It is better understood as a serious bar program inside a restaurant setting than as a themed tropical room, but it belongs in the wider conversation because the drinks have long mattered.
