Hula Hula has long offered Seattle a deliberately kitschy combination of classic and contemporary tiki drinks, karaoke, and late-night fun. That mix gives it a different personality than the city’s more cocktail-purist rooms, but the bar has clearly earned its own enduring place in the scene.
